*No
Refunds (No Exceptions)
-Sorry, No credit card or cash refunds. We will gladly exchange
any product that you receive which has been damaged in shipping
and we will pay shipping charges.
-Exchange or credits will not be given for products that have been
used or
damaged from customer misuse or neglect.
-Shipping charges and/or rush charges are not refundable, unless
product is damaged.
-Return shipping costs for exchanges are customer's responsibility
unless return is due to our error.
-We will provide exchanges ONLY within five days of receipt of goods.
No credit card or cash refunds; however, if merchandise is defective,
we will refund shipping charges and provide you with a replacement
of the item(s) ordered (same items only).
*No Returns on:
-Items not purchased from Canastilla Ideal Kids
-Worn merchandise.
-Any products which have been altered in any way
Exchanges
To exchange products, please see "Return Policy". All
return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless the
return is due to our error.

Requirements:
-Speak with us by phone within 5 days of your receipt of the
order.
-Return the product in the original box with all packing materials
and the original tag.
-Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If product
is damaged or defective, or the wrong item was shipped, customer
will be refunded shipping charges. Important: Please include shipping
postal receipt in your return package (or
mail separately) if it is a return due to error on our part. We
must receive the returned item within 10 days of receipt notification
of your return request order. Any returns or exchanges received
after 15 days WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED.

If you need a rush order, please call us at 407-658-2100. Please
note: you will be responsible for any additional
shipping charges and, if applicable, any manufacturer's rush charges.

-Most orders are processed within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends
and holidays), if the item is in stock. If not in stock, shipping
and delivery will occur within a maximum of 3 weeks from date of
order.

We ship orders inside the US via United Parcel Service (UPS)
