Refund policy
We have a NON REFUND policy, which means that after placing your order we will not issue a refund of the purchase.Â
We do offer a RETURN/EXCHANGE option. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 15 days to return the items to the store and to apply for a EXCHANGE. We also offer a IN STORE credit if there is not suitable merchandise to exchange. The amount of the Store Credit will be equal to the paid amount.

If your return for exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the new merchandise as within 48 hours if the store is in stock, if we do not have the merchandise in stock there will be additional fees to ship the merchandise form our warehouse.
The client is responsible for the shipping cost for both ways to exchange the merchandise.Â
If IN STORE CREDIT is selected as an option we will send a STORE GIFT CARD in teh amount of the paid amount by email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SALES ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
